Gig Report - 2/17/2010 - St. Patty's Day at Joe's Underground
What a great show! The first full use of our merch table was in effect, sold a few things and had a great time. Joe's is such a great place for live music. Not only was this the debut of my new Mesa Boogie head but before the show they even fed us with some kick-ass corned beef and cabbage soup. Talk about hospitality.
Gig Report - 2/20/2010 - Lokal Loudness Choice Awards
These shows are always the best as there is so much energy in the building that you can feel it. I know for myself that it was an experience that will not soon be matched. To have so many come out to support all the great local bands was really cool. I feel honored to be apart of such a diverse community of musicians. Congrats goes out to all who won and were nominated. That, with all the fans who come out to support, is the reason why we have such an awesome music scene.
Gig report - 5/4/2009 @ New Brooklyn Tavern (Columbia, SC)
As our first show out of town, I have to say this was great. It was new music night and they had a very diverse lineup. From singer / songwriter to full on death metal, it was a great showcase of the different styles.
I would also like to thank the guys at the New Brooklyn Tavern for being super cool to us by letting us play.
I can't wait to perform here again!

Bleeding Counterfeit signs with Go DIY Records!

Well, it's official. We have signed with Go DIY Records. Check them out at http://godiyrecords.com. They are out of L.A. and are setting up tours as well as helping out independent bands get more exposure and more connections in the music business.
This is a huge step for us, and one to make sure that we will continue to work hard as we get more fans. We are on our way to taking over the world.
As always, see you guys out on the road!

Ray's Benefit Show
For the uninitiated, Downtown Augusta lost a great friend recently. Ray Cotten was a staple of the downtown scene and to show our support, the Metro Coffeehouse put together a benefit show to help the family out. We just want to thank everyone involved in this event. From the stage lighting to the bartenders, you were essential to it's success. We couldn't ask for a more friendly community. Bleeding Counterfeit will be in the studio within the next few weeks to record "goodbye"(a song we wrote in honor of ray) and we'll have a release party at some point in the very near future.
